Description
Gitlab counterpart function to webhook have a option to test connection from the web-gui where the webhook is configured. Eg. instead of trigger a request from a push its triggered from the GUI.
Gain
Specific goal
Create a button next to every hook in the webhooks list.

When this button is created the textfield / link could be refactored to be proper drawn.
