Error in checkForRemoteErrors(val) :
2 nodes produced errors; first error: subscript contains invalid names

probably fails due to 'truncate_truncate' added to some seq ids by signalp ==> error is probably in truncate_seq helper function.
to do:

isolate the error
add unit test

fixed, reason: cyclic truncation on the signalp stage
