The maximum size for Websites on repositories and organizations is currently limited to 100 characters.
While it definitely should be enough for organizations (I guess most of them have top level domains or maybe something like username.github.com which is still be pretty short) I reached the limits for repositories a few times.
The URLs for repositories can often be longer. Imagine even such thing like a Chrome browser extension could have https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lorem-ipsum-dolor-sit-amet-consectetur/someweirdhashthatislongaswell
Or links to library repositories like rubygems or npm.
That's why I would love to have longer websites allowed (at least for repositories).
