Under the directory ./harbor, run the ./install.sh script to install the new Harbor instance. If you choose to install Harbor with components like Notary and/or Clair, refer to Installation & Configuration Guide for more information.
This installation script, shoud it come from new *.tgz of 1.6.3. which I shall unpack first? Or perhaps it is some dynamically created script in step #6 by running those 3 dockers? But in that case why would I need to download release 1.6.3 in step #3?
What I did: Followed upgrade instruction, stored harbor.cfg.
Unzipped new v1.6.3, copied over stored harbor.cfg (assume it was upgraded to 1.6.3 compatible one by all the steps),
Setup worked ok and with docker ps I see 1.6.3 running

I am following instruction of updating harbour from version 1.5.1 to 1.6.3. All steps works fine until I get to step #7 from instruction:
