Does Harbor support external MySQL in recent versions? #15880

What can we help you?
Currently according to official doc and previous issues #4855 and #6534 , Harbor only supports external PostgreSQL database. Does Harbor have a plan to add an db abstract layer to support different database type? Because in some scenarios PostgreSQL installation maybe is not an option.

So far not, Harbor only supports postgres.
There are some discussion on Other kinds of DB support, like #6534, feel free to leave comment on that, contribution is welcome.
