最新的Releases（v2.10.2-rc1）中，“v2.10.2”是不是应该改为“v2.10.2-rc1”？
因为goharbor的组件中中没有2.10.2这个TAG。

In the latest Releases (v2.10.2-rc1), should "v2.10.2" be changed to "v2.10.2-rc1"?
Because there is no TAG 2.10.2 in the goharbor component.
