Wrong values shown for the columns of support_sbom and support_vulnerability in scanner list

Expected behavior and actual behavior:

Currently, the values is read from scanner.metadata.capabilities.
UI needs to read the value from scanner.capabilities['support_sbom'] and scanner.capabilities['support_vulnerability']

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Please provide the steps to reproduce this problem.

1. Login UI
2. Navigate to /harbor/interrogation-services/scanners
3. Check the two columns.

Versions:
Please specify the versions of following systems.

• harbor version: [x.x.x]
• docker engine version: [y.y.y]
• docker-compose version: [z.z.z]

Additional context:

• Harbor config files: You can get them by packaging harbor.yml and files in the same directory, including subdirectory.
• Log files: You can get them by package the /var/log/harbor/ .
