老师您好，我想请教一下nFrame的设置问题。如果说我想得到平衡状态的spin构型，应该设置多少合适呢？或者说如果我设置nFrame=1,得到的是所谓平衡状态的spin构型吗

nthermal驱使系统进入平衡态，nFrame指的是在nthermal之后的自旋构型数。设置nFrame=1就可以了。也可以设置更多nFrame，以便进一步观察它们之间的差异
