add button disable/enable going to the same dictionary through double click on word

if I do a double click on word I will go to the same dictionary, but I want to move at the list's beginning of dictionaries.

#1114 introduces the option you need. Unfortunately, I cannot make a custom Windows or Mac build with this pull request merged in. If you manage to make a build and test that pull request, please provide feedback in a comment under it. If several users approve the pull request, it may get merged into master.
