I don't see this issue, neither under WinXP, nor Win7-64.

Btw, it is just standard QTabWidget.

I actually see it all the time, in all the places where we use tabs, like in dictionary groups UI, in Dictionaries->Soures tab, in Preferences. As soon as the tabs don't fit into the window, those ugly arrows appear on top of the last tab. Looks indeed ugly.

I see this issue with Spanish language too after the TTS tab was added. Spanish texts usually always take more space than English's counterparts.

This been fixed in 83fe17a by completely eliminating the scroll buttons. There is no point in them at all, and it looks much better now.

If the overall window width is too big, we might consider moving Sounds/Forvo/TTS into a single page (Audio) or something like that.

I measured the width of the dialog with Russian locale (and Russian is one of the 'longest' dictionaries) and we are less then 1000, that would fit in almost all monitors.
