This would be a very simple and convenient way to quickly rearrange dictionaries without the need to open preferences, etc.

Possibly, the drag-n-drop should be initiated with Alt+Mouse, to avoid false drag-n-drop attempts.

Good idea. And also in the "Results Navigation Pane".
