Job is not displayed when Activity was destroyed, but Agreement not terminated

Reproduction:

• Run MockGUI and Requestor
• Wait until job will start
• In Requestor app hit ctrl-c double time (If you are lucky, Activity will be terminated but Agreement not. Otherwise you need to repeat reproduction scenario a few times)
• MockGUI will display Finished job on ListJob panel and job will disappear from CurrentJob
• If you try to run Requestor immediately after, it will be rejected due to capacity limit
• After some period of time Provider will terminate Agreement and will be avaiable again
