Taking the development leadership

It seems like the creator of this Program has abandoned Fildem Global Menu. While I'm not a GTK Developer, I do have a background of working with GTK.

I'll fork this project in order to potentially continue it's development and add support for future releases of GNOME (Specially GNOME 43).

Any suggestions? Feel free to open an issue in my fork.
