Most OBCs don't have battery/capacitor backed RTC. Create a facility to set OBC time from FC/GPS.

Ok this isn't going to happen anytime soon - TIMESYNC doesn't do anything in ardupilot yet.

Added timesync support to ardupilot, now mavros syncs time. From which direction? How to switch direction?
