Separate collections and containers

Describe each folder via readme, and within docs. Collections are have underlying and known child items of unknown quantity (e.g. cardgroup, grid, table). Containers have a disparate set of elements to pull from and also unknown quantity (e.g. menu, sidebar, actionbar, any bar really). Elements have, at its most complex, known underlying elements and quantity.
