haiku.experimental.flax is not part of newest pip release #755

When importing

# from the documentation page
import haiku.experimental.flax as hkflax

a ModuleNotFoundError is raised.

It seems to have been added after the newest pip release.

I've pushed Haiku 0.0.11 today which should contain these symbols 😄
