google_container_engine_versions asking for project variable

Wanted to let you know that I see the same behaviour as in #4.

Terraform Version

Terraform v0.11.8

• provider.google v1.17.1
• google-terraform-modules/kubernetes-engine/google 1.15.0

Adding 'project' fixes this.

As this is rather an issue with google provider, I have filled #1945
