Show work-list view of patients

User story
As a logged in HCW, selecting 'Show work list', I can view a list of all of the patient assigned to me

Steps:

• After logging in (or via default activity), user goes to home page which is the work list view
  -- Has the search bar, list of current patients and floating FAB icon for add new patient (goes to Create "Add patient" screen #590)
• Selecting the Register New Patient goes to the Add Patient screen - Create "Add patient" screen #590
• If there are no patients, show a message 'No patients assigned or Sync now'
• If not already done, user can choose to sync - Add click to sync option into demo app #605
• If there are new patients, the list will be updated/populated
