checker-frameworks annotations are not copied to the implementation classes

I've added tests for findbugs (works; only for reference) and checker-framework (fails) rkraneis@7e6244f

This is a bug about AutoValue, right? (google/auto also includes other projects such as AutoFactory)

I believe this is a dup of #283, for which there is a patch #293 that we haven't yet integrated.
