Some issues are solved.

Actual software is important.
And yearly update shows progress with more interest of users and developers.

Hi @eustas, I think shared dictionary is a good feature for brotli, and this feature can help us improve the performance of brotli. Would we release it? Or could you share the plan? Thanks a lot!

rr uses brotli, currently 1.0.7 - https://github.com/rr-debugger/rr/tree/master/third-party/brotli
Because of the only compile warnings are in that brotli code and changes in 1.0.8 I want to update it "soon", so... is there a release of 1.0.10 "in sight" or would I be better to ask the rr developers to use the version at 27dd726?

Some issues are fixed since august 2020.

Surely we should have release! Sorry for the low activity, currently busy preparing next libjxl release.
When it is finished will give some love to brotli and ngx_brotli projects.
