Legends become distorted when a chart is loaded multiple times with new sets of data

In my TimeSeriesChart I have 3 series rendered as line and 2 as bar. according to certain criteria data in 1 or more of the series is empty. Whenever there is change in data the chart repaints properly but the legends are distorted.

I have uploaded the screenshot of initial load and screenshot after changing criteria.

I can provide stack trace also if required.
