Android "Eddystone Validator" app displays an error when a voltage of zero is sent on TLM packet #69

The 'Eddystone Validator' app displays a voltage of '0' as an error. The value '0' for voltage is valid as defined in the TLM packet specification:

'Battery voltage is the current battery charge in millivolts, expressed as 1 mV per bit. If not supported (for example in a USB-powered beacon) the value should be zeroed.'

We are currently working to resolve this issue.

Thanks. Quite right -- 0 is fine for powered devices.
