latin-ext: Missing typographic space characters

Hey!

Merriweather is missing some space characters in the U+2000-U+200A range. For example, U+2002 is absent (but present in the "upstream" font), U+2003 is absent (and absent from "upstream" font), U+202F is absent (and absent from "upstream" font). Last one can be produced with &nnbsp; and be used before a double punctuation in French. The rendering depends on the fallback font.

Some spaces were defined in Character entity references in HTML 4 and some more in HTML5: Character Entity Reference Chart.

Indeed, navigators aren't like professional editors (InDesign, etc.) and aren't able to generate missing spaces, but are relying entirely on the characters included in the current font.

@roozbehp 0x2000 to 0x200A are not in https://github.com/googlefonts/tools/blob/master/encodings/latin-ext_unique-glyphs.nam - should they be?
