Request to modify Noto Sans Oriya glyph numeral 3

From Listnr: The glyph for the numeral 3 (୩) looks a little off from how we write it. Could it please be possible to modify it (the left hand half shouldn't be joined like this per a dictionary)?

Thanks for this issue report. I've created a new issue at the notofonts/oriya repo where we keep the sources. I'll get it fixed when we have someone to look over the outlines.
