The targets.mk seems to be generated from BUILD files. Now that bazel is open source, can you guys just open source the bazel BUILD files too? Thanks!

Indeed this was set up to look like a BUILD file (but wasn't actually generated from a real BUILD file). I don't have time to do this, but would love to see it happen if someone volunteers. Great idea.
