Why there's no release available?

It's not been needed. You can just check out the repo and do go build huproxy.go && go build ./huproxyclient.

Actually that's a bit ugly. I just pushed a commit so that you can do:

go build ./cmd/huproxy
go build ./cmd/huproxyclient
