Expanding/collapsing multiple codelabs in rapid succession will only complete the animation of the last codelab tapped

The ones that do not complete their animations end up having the arrows stuck only partly rotated until the user either taps the codelab again to expand/collapse it or scrolls far enough away and scrolls back.
