go1.5 support: "internal" package paths #67

Currently building with go1.5 results in the following error:

package github.com/google/e2e-key-server/keyserver
    imports github.com/google/e2e-key-server/storage
    imports github.com/google/e2e-key-server/proto/internal: use of internal package not allowed
