Issues with CONTRIBUTING.md #86

The CONTRIBUTING.md file has a few issues:

bad formatting at some places,
no links in contents to each heading,
links which do not point to the exact info,
some minor grammatical and syntax errors.

I have created a pull request (#85) that fix these issues.
