How to compile on windows?

I am trying to compile this on windows and got stuck. Any help would be appreciated. Although I set the path for SDL2, still asking for the correct path. Can someone send me windows build for this software?

I tried very hard, but it seems the only way is to install Linux in a virtual machine, then use this code in that OS. This is the only approach for windows, but it is not flexible.

You said you tried in Linux in Virtual Machine. Is there where it didnt work? I managed to make it work there. Though it's not the best solution because the Virtual Machine takes part of the memory and makes the computer slower, also at least in my case, the standards ways to transfer from Windows to Linux/ the virtual machine like copy and paste and dragging dont work, so I have to use a pendrive which for some reason isnt detected in the virtual machine all the times, so I have to be constantly plugging it and unplugging it.

I failed to do all stuff. The only way is that someone installs it on a virtual machine. And share that virtual machine folder with us.

We install the software and run virtual machine in it containing compiled project.
