What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set keybind-map as ATOK.
2.Press HENKAN key. (Input mode is changed to DIRECT mode)
3.Press HENKAN key.

What is the expected output? 
Input mode is changed to HIRAGANA.

What do you see instead?
Input mode is still DIRECT.
