santa-0.9.7.dmg release does not install /var/db/santa/config.plist

Hi there,

As above, the latest Santa .dmg does not appear to install the config.plist file, included in the source .tar. Is this intentional, or am I missing something?

That is somewhat intentional, the client doesn't require a config.plist to function and the one included in the repository doesn't change anything.

At some point in the future this will likely change as configuration is an area that still needs a lot of work.
