Vertex AI Streams and Application

Hi Team, I have uploaded a mp4 file into the stream using
vaictl -p premi0074164-gcpguild -l europe-west4 -c application-cluster-0 --service-endpoint visionai.googleapis.com send video-file to streams ppe --file-path car.mp4
I am unable to play this stream.
I will use this stream to load as an input into the PPE detect model. Am I doing something wrong ?

I have reviewed the stream metrics, and it appears that the server did not receive any inputs from the stream ppe. There are a few spikes on the dashboard during the period 10/10/2023 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM PDT, but none of them are from the stream ppe. Could you please try sending the data to stream ppe again?

In addition, I would suggest you use the --loop flag to loop ingest the video if the video is small.
