Feature Request: Seamless Javascript integration between web-serial-polyfill and webSerial

If web-serial-polyfill fails then chrome auto falls back to webSerial. Same code works for whatever platform is relevant.

No worries I solved it through code. Tests for navigator.serial then uses webSerial if not uses Polyfill
