I've landed basic layout for the project in sample.html, but I wonder if we should aim to provide something more prescriptive that demonstrates how to handle say, view switching. Is that too much? Worth including?.

For the Web Central project it seems like their default sample is based around something similar to http://purecss.io/layouts/marketing/. I wonder if a boilerplate like this should provide at least a sample akin to that for reference, just bare headers/footers/nav or something cleaner.

I'd like to see semantic tags, in particular <main>, now that we got it back and few people seem to know about it. We should also try and use aria roles wherever they make sense.

We've mostly settled on the current layout being what we ship for the alpha. Closing.
