@shantuo, can you add a description to this issue? I'm not sure I understand what's being investigated here or why.

In the current vendor test for wire, when the testdata is copied under $tmp/src/, there are example.com/bar and example.com/foo/vendor/example.com/bar, goBuildCheck doesn't build with the vendored bar.
