Hi @razahel
I increased the text size to ~70% or even maximum 100% but the ad is still displaying below status bar:

ad text size setting

Can you try with app_open_example and confirm again?

@huycozy Hello. Thanks for testing. I confirmed it's reproduced on the iPhone 14 Pro simulator with app_open_example. I think you used the setting of Accessibility but my case was reproduced by changing a setting of Display & Brightness. Could you test again by checking the steps I provided? I also attached the screenshots you may refer to.

Hi @razahel
I checked this on my physical device iPhone 7 which has Display Zoom feature and can enable it. But I still can close the ad, the ad displays over the status bar. Comparing with your screenshot above, it seems the ad also displays over the status bar as well. But can't you close it by pressing on Continue to app button?

I also check with AppOpenExample (iOS native sample project). I can close ad as well. The ad displays under the status bar, though.

Can you also check this native sample code as well?

@huycozy Hello. Ok, I realized the ad can be dismissed when Continue to app is tapped on the status bar area, when the status bar is hidden. However, I still doubt the UX is what you intend to deliver to the users. You can see the message Continue to app is also clipped.

Even if I change my app to hide the status bar to make the Continue to app button tappable, I think the problem still remains. To be super honest it doesn't look good. Would you be able to fix this? This issue didn't happen when Admob used to show the ad with a thicker Continue to app button.

Or, can you at least keep the thicker version of Continue to app button? My app cannot hide the status bar during the App Open ad because the app provides a feature to force-change the app theme (light/dark) which is related to status bar so if I let the ad hide the status bar then I will have side effect.

My app relies mainly on the revenue from the App Open ad so I hope you understand. Thanks for the support and fast reactions.

I've not got this issue with App Open ads, however I am having it with NativeAds.

In my video you can see the NativeAd behind the iOS status bar.

I've tried the link in @darshankawar 's comment but it didn't work for me

Without additional information, we are unfortunately not sure how to resolve this issue. We are therefore reluctantly going to close this bug for now. If you find this problem please file a new issue with the same description, what happens, logs and the output of 'flutter doctor -v'. All system setups can be slightly different so it's always better to open new issues and reference the related ones. Thanks for your contribution.
