Added babel to build for ES2015, so older browsers are supported #478

In your rewrite, you started using ES6 syntax which is why IE 11 is broken.

I have added babel to the rollup configuration to resolve this issue
I also fixed linting errors in the config files


          Added babel to build for ES2015, so older browsers are supported
