As per comments in a closed pull request, there are currently no unit tests for GoogleAuthorizationCodeFlow. While I am willing to make such tests, my experience with NUnit and unit tests to this complexity are extremely limited so I would need specific guidance to create them were someone willing to provide such tutelage.

Regardless, the fact remains that no unit tests exist for this class.

Closing; there are now integration tests for GoogleAuthorizationCodeFlow.
