I don't understand the request here, and the context link is not helpful either. Can you explain more what the objective is here?

I think this is outdated. We now use @see tags, which are helpful for IDEs and also for our documentation at cloud.google.com/php/docs/reference. I do not think there's anything else that needs to be done, and we can close this.
