Left navigation links don't work when current URL contains an anchor point #10

Steps to reproduce:

Expected result:

  • Page changes to "Audio Input Latency" guide

Actual result:

  • Page jumps down to "Prerequisites" section of "Audio Output Latency" guide

Note that it is possible to get other links to work by clicking on them and holding down before releasing - very strange.

Also, I've found that scrolling up, then clicking on a link does eventually work if you repeat the process 3 times.

Appears to be a bug in Chrome 46 which is fixed in 47
