Partially addressed in #198. I will have another CL which will fix undo/redo across different editor instances. And I have a discussion going with the ace.dart author about vim+emacs support.

CL out here https://github.com/rmsmith/ace.dart/pull/16 to expose vim and emacs bindings. This task is ~1/2 complete.
