Possibly create an image file with Raspberian on and all the installed dependencies

Install AppEngine

start script

Start all three components

There is a dependency on node-canvas which will only work on X https://github.com/luismreis/node-openvg-canvas

sudo apt-get install libfreetype6 libfreetype6-dev libfreeimage3 libfreeimage-dev
