The RestoreStore class cannot capture URLs when used in GWT's hosted mode
browser on Windows. This stems from not loading browser helper objects
from GWT's hosted mode browser on Windows.

The Windows hosted mode browser in the GWT trunk has been updated to load
BHO's. We
just need to double check that this is resolved once GWT 1.5 is released.
