helping out with #5881, this fixes the fact that page load errors currently have a stack that points to
GatherRunner.getPageLoadError()but are actually thrown down inGatherRunner.collectArtifacts().Also renames the
errors.jsfile because we always refer to it asLHErroranyways :)
