I've noticed that most of the time when I open the terminal, the string 0;276;0c is inserted into the terminal at the beginning.

It looks very similar to this issue: coder/code-server#3657

I'm no able to repro this. Does this happen for you in incognito mode, with all extensions turned off?

If so, is this on a completely fresh runtime? Has anything else been running?

Here is what i got with chrome on my phone, which is similar to what i got on my PC.

We were able to get someone to reproduce this, tracking internally as b/333895548
