Bulk editing one component in a Break Rule also replaces the other #64

Bulk editing break requests or frequency constraints will overwrite both fields, setting the edited one to the new value and clearing the property that wasn't edited.

As Break Rules are nested fields and bulk editing does not support editing the individual components of a nested field, this is working as intended.
