Format (v2):
The format for allowed callers is as follows:
<signature name="App Name" package="app.package.name">
<key release="true">...sha-256 hash...</key>
...
</signature>
Where:
- 'name' is a friendly name for the app; this is only used for documentation purposes and is
otherwise ignored.
- 'package' is the package name of the app to allow.
There can be multiple keys for each app included. The value of 'release' must be 'true' or
'false', but it also only for documentation. The value inside the 'key' tag is the SHA-256
hash of the public key of the signing certificate for the app.
Format (v1 : legacy support only/deprecated):
It is still possible to use the 'signing_certificate's of the previous version of UAMP here. In
which case the format is:
<signing_certificate name="App Name" release="true" package="app.package.name">
...base-64 encoded string...
</signing_certificate>
The values are the same as above, but only 1 certificate is included in each tag, and the
value is the base-64 encoded string of the public key of the app's signing certificate.
Adding New Keys:
If you want to add a new signature to allowed_callers and you don't know its signature,
PackageValidator will print the caller's package name and signature to logcat (INFO level).
Spaces and newlines are ignored.
