Scheduled via API, but sending immediately

What version of Gophish are you using?:
0.7.1 - from source

Brief description of the issue:
Some campaigns created by API are being sent immediately, even when the launch_date has been set in the future

What are you expecting to see happen? :
Should sit as "Queued" until the time is met,and not send until then.

What are you seeing happen?
The web GUI clearly shows the correct launch-date, yet the campaign is shown "In Progress", and we can see that emails have been sent

Looks to be a timezone issue, will investigate further...
