✨ [Feature] Support c.Request().BindQuery to bind query params to a struct

Currently, if we want to get all needed query params from GET request, we can only map all of them to a map[string]string through c.Request().Queries()

Expected: can use c.Request().BindQuery or sth like this to bind queries to a defined struct like what we can do in Gin here
